   May 4,2021 The home owners meet at the pond spillway to talk about repairs. 
   They unanimously voted to rebuild spillway.
      
     
       
   
   
   March 2,2021 Dylan Signorelli worked with others to clean up end of pond.
     
    
   The HOA president is currently working with a committee to collect information about
   repairing the pond dam and spillway pictured below.
 
   Pond Dam and spillway Status:
   * Currently the committee has met with one contractor to talk about solutions and cost.
   * A second cost estimate was requested and is under review.
   * Once the proposed repairs and costs are completed, the HOA president will call a meeting. 
   * The meeting about the pond dam and spillway will be for information, solutions, and shared costs for repairs.        


   Thank you to the Signorelli family for the beautiful pond fountain.

 Other Notes:
 Request was made 3/17/2021 to Beautification to remove cyprus tree and replace with matching trees at enterance.

 Trucks are damaging Swan Lane.  It has been suggested that we all use the same 
 sanitation company to help reduce the trucks using the road.
